This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. Sea is only 200 meters away, market and a bus station can be found in 300 meters range. Guests can enjoy the local cuisine at the restaurant 250 meters from the property. Cavtat, lovely place with beautiful promenade and beaches is just 4 kilometers away and Old Town, historical and cultural center of Dubrovnik with many entertainment facilities is just 10 kilometers away.

Beach is just few minutes away where you can enjoy water sports such as parasailing, diving or just walk along the promenade. In the Dubrovnik Old Town guests can explore the monumental Dubrovnik Walls and Stradun Promenade or relax at one of the many picturesque cafes and restaurants. Beautiful panoramic views of the city and the islands can be enjoyed while riding Dubrovnik Cable Car. Daily trips to Elaphite Islands or Dubrovnik Riviera can be organized on-site.
