Area description
The part of the town, where this property is located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and you can reach the Old Town in less then 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 500 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATM's. Nearest beach is 5 minutes walk away from the property - Bellevue beach or Libertas beach.
Activities description
Bounded by the forested Petka hills on one side and the crest of Babin Kuk on the other, Lapad Bay is a busy string of pebble beaches, beachfront hotels and pedestrianised promenades. There are plenty of diversions here, both in and out of the water, including a kids playgrounds and lots of cafes and bars.
Jutting out into the Adriatic Sea with a backdrop of rugged limestone mountains, Dubrovnik Old Town is known as one of the world’s finest and most perfectly preserved medieval cities in the world. Although Dubrovnik has much to offer in terms of historical sightseeing, part of its allure lies in the fact that it is still a lived-in city, vibrant and bustling with locals whose homes line the narrow streets and sunlit squares. As well as visiting the churches, palaces and museums, the visitor can also enjoy markets, bazaars, cafes, bars and restaurants.

TYPE OF ARRIVAL
ARRIVAL BY PLANE: If you are coming by plane, we suggest you to book a transfer or you can take a taxi or uber. Another option is shuttle bus which will take you to the Main bus station. Shuttle bus runs after every flight.
ARRIVAL BY CAR: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
ARRIVAL BY BUS AND FERRY: If you are coming by bus or ferry to Dubrovnik it is very easy to come to Bovolini's apartment. When you exit from ferry or bus go to local bus station. You have one in front of main bus station and one in front of port building. You can take bus number 7 (runs once in an hour) and exit at a station across the Time Out caffe or you can take bus number 1a, 1b or 3 and exit at Pile gate, from Pile gate you can take bus number 4 and exit also at a station across the Time Out caffe. We are 50 meters away from the station, just contact us on mobile phone.
House rules
Dear guests,
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES
1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbors and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
