Studios IM are modern furnished units, located 10 minute walk from the Old City - historical and cultural center of Dubrovnik.

Studios IM will provide you with two accommodation units, each of them has equipped kitchenette and private bathroom with toiletries.

Ironing facilities are available upon request. Parking is public and it is not free, reservation is not possible.

Luggage storage before check in is available.

Opis područja

The most interesting sights can be seen in the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is 10 minutes walk from the apartments, as well as various beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries and banks. Guests can also find a grocery store and a bus station in max. 300 meters range.
Beach is 600 m away from the property, while pharmacy is located 400 m away.

Opis aktivnosti

Located in a quite part of Dubrovnik, Studios IM offers peace and easy access to Old town where you can enjoy museums, churches, bars and many restaurants. Famous beach Banje is just 2 km away where you can try one of many water sports such as parasailing, diving, kayaking.
We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 15 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers a panoramic view of the historic center and the surrounding islands.

ARRIVAL BY PLANE: If arriving by plane we recommend reserving private transfer on link above. Other option is shuttle bus that will take you to mane bus station and from there you can go with taxi or local bus line number 8. Please note that bus stop is far from the apartment.





ARRIVAL BY CAR:If arriving by car please use GPS coordinates. Private parking is not available.



ARRIVAL BY BUS OR FERRY:If arriving by bus or ferry you can go with taxi, uber, or local bus line number 8. Please note that bus stop 400m from the apartment.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
