1. general provisions

These general terms of use (hereinafter: Terms) regulate the relationship between the pages for renting private accommodation (hereinafter: Page) and the user of the Page. By using our website, you agree to these General Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

The page is set up and managed by Smart Booking LLC (hereinafter: Owner).

The user is any person using the Page.

2. registration

Registration is required to use the Page. When registering, the user is obliged to enter true and accurate information.

The user is responsible for keeping their password and must keep it confidential. The owner has the right to reject user registration or terminate the user account at any time.

3. use of the page

The user is obliged to use the Page following these Terms and applicable legal regulations.

The user must respect the rights of other users and third parties.

The user is obliged to use the Page in a way that does not endanger its functionality.

4. accommodation offer

The lessor is any person offering private accommodation on the Page.

The lessor is obliged to enter accurate and up-to-date information about the accommodation they offer.

The lessor is obliged to respond to user inquiries about accommodation.

5. accommodation reservation

Accommodation reservations on the Page are made through the reservation system.

The user is obliged to accept the reservation terms stated in the reservation system.

The lessor is obliged to confirm the reservation within 24 hours of receiving the reservation.

If the lessor does not confirm the reservation within the specified period, the reservation is considered invalid.

6. accommodation price

The accommodation price published on the Page is final and includes all taxes and fees. The accommodation price may change following applicable legal regulations.

7. payment

Payment for reserved accommodation is made through the payment system. The payment system is secure and protected.

The owner cannot access user credit card data. Online payments are enabled through secure and certified payment systems. Your payment data will be protected following data security standards. Smart Booking LLC uses Monri WSPay for online payments.

Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures secure entry and transfer of entered card data for both the buyer and the merchant, confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that Monri WSPay holds. Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection during data entry and transfer.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and timely payment execution. Incorrect data can lead to difficulties in the reservation process.

8. right to cancel a reservation

The user has the right to cancel the reservation at any time, with a fee according to the reservation terms. The lessor has the right to cancel the reservation in case of exceptional circumstances, with a fee according to the reservation terms.

We reserve the right to change prices, reservation terms, or cancellations in case of unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any changes.

9. liability

The owner is not responsible for damage suffered by the user due to the use of the Page.

The lessor is responsible for the damage suffered by the user due to the use of the rented accommodation.

10. amendments and supplements

The owner has the right to change and supplement these Terms. For each change or supplement to the Terms, the Owner will inform users through the Pages.

11. final provisions

These Terms come into effect on the day of publication on the Page. For everything not regulated by these Terms, valid legal regulations apply.

By using the Page, the user accepts these Terms.
