Smart Booking d.o.o. is committed to protecting the personal data of customers by collecting only necessary, basic information about customers/users required to fulfill our obligations; informing customers about the use of collected data, regularly providing customers with the choice of using their data, including the option to decide whether they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and accessible only to employees who need this data for their work. All employees of Smart Booking d.o.o.  and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

All payments will be made in Croatian currency. The amount charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price from another currency into EUR according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. During the charging process on your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Monri WSPay, as the executor of authorization and credit card payment processing, handles personal data as a processor and treats personal data by the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council number 2016/679 and by the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on the protection of data entry and transfer.

Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection during data entry and transfer.

Personal data used for authorization and payment or in the execution of obligations under the Contract or based on the Contract are considered confidential data.

The following personal data of the customer is necessary for the execution of the Contract (authorization and payment):

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Address
  • City
  • Postal code
  • Country
  • Type of card
  • Card number
  • Card expiration time
  • CVV code of the card

Monri WSPay does not process or use this personal data for any purpose other than the execution of the authorization and payment contract.

Monri WSPay guarantees compliance with all conditions set by current regulations on the protection of personal data for processors of personal data, particularly by taking all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures, confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
