Accommodation is located just 3 kilometers away from the Old Town, historical and cultural center of Dubrovnik. Beautiful walking area is nearby overlooking the sea, city and city harbor. Grocery store is 100 meters away. Many restaurants, pubs and cafes are within 2 kilometers distance.

Main port and a main bus station are 500 meters downhill or a 5 minutes ride. Lapad Bay with its many beautiful beaches are in a 10 minute bus or car drive from the property.

TYPE OF ARRIVAL

ARRIVAL BY PLANE: If you are coming by plane, we suggest you to book a transfer using the link below or you can take a taxi or uber. Another option is shuttle bus which will take you to the main bus terminal from where you need to take bus number 3 and exit at a last station.

ARRIVAL BY CAR: Private parking is available and reservation is not required.

ARRIVAL BY BUS OR FERRY: From the main bus terminal and ferry port you need to take bus number 3 and exit at a last station.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated!
